Refund policy

At Pave Your Lane, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items (such as clearance or limited-edition pieces) cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please submit a request through our Contact Us page.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Return

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
